At OSCAR’s Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity, our mission involves supporting children and families affected by childhood brain tumours at every point on their journey. Whether it’s navigating a new diagnosis, seeking emotional support, or finding ways to raise awareness and funds, we are here to walk alongside families every step of the way.
That’s why we’ve created a growing collection of free brain tumour resources – carefully designed to help families, friends, schools, workplaces, and communities come together in support. Whether you’re a parent looking for ways to explain your child’s condition to others, a teacher preparing your classroom for a pupil’s return, or a business getting behind an important cause – these brain tumour resources are made for you.
For families, they can offer clarity and practical guidance. For schools and teachers, they provide age-appropriate tools to help classmates understand what their friend is going through, and how best to offer empathy and inclusion. For workplaces, they support colleagues who may be looking for ways to fundraise and give back. And for supporters and fundraisers, they are the first step in taking action – whether by running a bake sale, hosting an event, or joining one of our OSCAR’s fundraising challenges.
If you don’t see what you need, we’re only a phone call or email away. We’re developing new brain tumour resources and materials all the time – from refreshed posters and fundraising packs to tailored toolkits for schools. If you’d like to stay up to date with the latest brain tumour resources, be sure to follow us on social media, sign up to our newsletter, or check back regularly on this page.
Your support – whether through fundraising, sharing our brain tumour resources, or simply raising awareness – brings us one step closer to a future where children facing brain tumours get the care, understanding and support they deserve.
